Are You Ready For Your Business Metamorphosis?

Dear Business Owner, 

What has to happen for there to be a Metamorphosis in your business?

1. You need to know that you want a change in your business

2. You have to want it

3. You need a process and plan to help you make the changes 

4. You need to implement the plan

It seems obvious right... well sometimes we know we want a change but we may not actually want to change!! 

This title says it all - Are You Ready For Your Business Metamorphosis?

We all set goals but do all really want the goals? 

Are we all willing to do what needs to be done both personally and professionally to achieve the goals?

What I have learned at this stage of my life, is that when you gain something, something else must give way for that to happen. 

For example, early nights great nights sleep bye bye Netflix Binge watch of the latest and greatest drama ( that really will not make any difference to your life anyway!)

A great night's sleep delivers on so many different levels that the gain outweighs the loss. 

So when you write down your goals, are you really aware what the gain's and losses are?

So for example the goals - I want to grow my business and double my income! 

The gains - obviously business growth and more income, winner, winner!! 

The losses - the time it takes to sit down and work on your business, you need to make this time and take it from somewhere - either get up earlier or swap out something in your day to spend the time on your business. It doesn't have to be alot of time an hour a day can make a metamorphosis happen in your business if you have a plan and know what you are doing. 

Another loss - is taking ownership, stepping up and stepping out owning your business and what you do and really claiming your vision. What is the loss you might say? No more hiding! No more staying small, under your secure rock where no one can find you! It is time to be seen, and become more visible and vocal about your business! 

If you have got to the stage where the pain of where you are is too much then it is time to use that as fuel to stepping forward, stepping out, and achieving your goals. 

So now you are ready what kind of Metamorphosis do you need in your business?

Some of the biggest problems I see with new clients coming to me are the following: 

• Want to earn more 
• Not clear on their offers 
• Not clear on their messaging
• Want to scale their business and have more time off 
• Are not getting enough new monthly clients - they have no strategy to get their business out there. 
• Want to create digital products but not sure where to start or how to fit it into their business 
• Have no clear business model to reach their goals. 
• Feel lost in their business and not sure what are the next steps! 

These are all solvable problems and can be solved very quickly which in turn will leap you and your business forward to your goals.

First of all take a good look at your business, where is it failing?

1. Income up and down
2. Signing up new Clients 
3. Marketing 
4. Products/Offers 
5. Onboarding/delivering offers 
6. Referrals
7. Digital Products and new sources of income

Ok, now you have identified which area to fix use this process to solve your problem.

1. Identify how you would like this area of your business to work. 
2. Find 3-5 ways that others do it, and pick a solution that suits you. 
3. Spend some time each week implementing the solution.
