#13: How Achieve Your Goals Quicker - Martha Fraser

In today’s episode I talk about how to achieve your goals quicker, a simple technique I thought of when attending a talk about how I could achieve my goals quicker. 

Today I talk about:

  1. How you look at your goals
  2. A simple exercise to help you understand, there is always more room for improvement. 
  3. How Comfortable goals versus full potential goals makes you show up differently. 
  4. How your commitment to your goals is showing up in your life, as sacrifice for the result and goal you really want to achieve. 

It is important to remember not to over stretch either, not to break yourself by pushing too hard, just stretch a little bit more.
